It's AP punches above it's weight for damage at 5900 only the Henri with guns 37 mm bigger beats it, however it does take some practice to make Hindy's AP damage consistent as one needs to know where to shoot to deal with the bad bounce angles. It's AA has a weird phenomenon that the 'mid-range' AA out ranges the dual purpose flak batteries mine is spec'ed that the mid range reaches 7.2 for 206 DPS and the flak batteries reach 6.5 for 133 DPS. While it's rear guns have poor angles to fire forward it's forward guns have good angles to fire backwards. Hindy's armor can bow tank up to 380 mm guns.

Now as to the Hindy's versatility, while I don't have Henri to draw up fair comparison I can point out a few of Hindy's strengths and drawbacks: Ok, I'll admit that I thought you were saying that Hindy was a HE spammer, as in comparing it to Henri.

I wasn't calling the Hindenburg an HE spammer, I was trying to say that because I have not played the Hindenburg I didn't know if it was more versatile than the Henri, but that contrary to popular perception the Henri can do more than just spam HE. I was just talking about the Henri, not the Hindenburg.
